I can't get into the forums, it keeps saying only users granted special permission can get in ?????

| im trying to get into chat room -i am validation but no mater what i try i am unabule to enter chat room -in the chess room it says click the link .But it wont proceed -the support will not help as i cannot get a hold of them thanks if you could help |
